Get to know our farmers!
We had the privilege of visiting HalleluYAH Gardens recently. We were greeted so kindly, shown their farm, and what they do.
Mart and Ashley showed us all of the produce currently growing. When I tell you, I’ve never seen such TALL tomato plants in my life, I MEAN IT!
They also showed us some of their growing techniques and told us about some of the history of their farm. They have a HUGE variety of tomatoes as well as eggplants, peaches, grapes, watermelons, chickens, squash, blackberries, AND MORE!
I highly encourage you all to talk with your local farmers and ask them about what they do. You might be surprised at the amount of hard work, dedication, and knowledge it takes to provide fresh produce to the local community. You can truly tell how passionate they are about their work and see the amount of research that has been done to perfect their process.
And we did not leave empty handed! Thank you for the peaches!
